What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Late checkout after 12:30 PM will incur a $25 fee, and staying past 1:30 PM may result in an additional night being charged automatically. If you plan to arrive after hours, please contact the office before 2:00 PM on your arrival day to make arrangements.
What payment methods do you accept?
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking using a valid payment method such as a credit card or ACH payment. Guests authorize Little Rock RV Park to charge the payment method on file for reservation fees and taxes, deposits, electricity usage, fines or rule violations, damages or cleaning costs, and towing or related charges.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. Weekly and extended-stay guests require a $525 or $550 refundable deposit for back in or pull through space, respectively. The deposit may be used to cover damages to the site, excessive cleaning, or unpaid balances. Unused deposits are released according to the park's refund policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by management. No refunds are issued for early departure, partial stays, weather, or temporary utility interruptions.
How does monthly billing work?
Extended stay reservations (27 nights or longer) are automatically billed monthly on or before the 3rd of each month. Electricity usage, fines, and additional charges will be added to the next invoice. A $10 per day late fee applies after the 3rd, and reservations may be canceled after five days of non-payment.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Up to two pets are allowed per site. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations, remain restrained at all times, not be left unattended, and have waste cleaned up immediately. Aggressive or disruptive pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA regulations.
What types of RVs are allowed?
We welcome Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-up campers, truck campers, and vans. RVs must be 10 years old or newer or approved by management and must be fully self-contained with a bathroom, kitchen, and shower.
How many people can stay on a site?
Each site may have a maximum of six occupants. For extended stays, no more than three unrelated individuals may occupy a site.
Can I have visitors?
Yes. Visitors must register at the office and leave the park before 10:00 PM. Only registered vehicles may remain overnight.
Are utilities included?
Electricity is metered and billed separately for extended stay guests. Temporary utility interruptions due to weather, maintenance, or service providers do not qualify for refunds.

Can I leave my RV unattended?
RVs may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours without notifying the office and providing an evacuation plan.
